Overpayments and Early Repayments

Sure, it helps keep you safe, but suitable home insurance is also a condition of your mortgage offer and must be adequate and remain in place for the duration of your loan with us.

Your Annual Mortgage Statement will be sent out annually on the anniversary of your completion date each year.
At present, LiveMore Capital do not offer Further Advances, however this may be subject to change in the future.
All of our current fees and charges are available in our Tariff of charges document.
You will need to send your complaint directly to your broker for them to investigate and respond to you on, however if you wish to send it to us, we can forward it onto them for you. You can send it to us in any of the following ways:

As the complaint is about your broker, the complaint will be handled in line with their internal process, and they will respond to you directly.You must allow your first monthly payment to go through before we can amend the due date.
Once the first payment has been made, please contact our customer services team on 0344 249 2918, or email us at: servicing@mortgages.livemorecapital.com where one of our agents will be able to help you move your due date to a more convenient date in the month.
Please note: if you are moving your due date to a date later in the month, a one off interest payment will be payable for the interest due between your current due date and the date you are moving it out to. This can be added to your next direct debit or paid as a one off payment.
Our customer services team can advise you of the amount before you make the change.

Usually, your mortgage will revert to the LiveMore Capital Variable Rate plus a certain margin.
