Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

1. The Refer a Friend scheme (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by LiveMore Capital Limited of 2-4 Exmoor Street, London W10 6BD (“LMC”, “we”, or “us”).

2. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion:

a. You must be the first person to refer to us someone whose details are not already entered on the LMC client database (a “New Customer”);

b. You must be an existing customer of us at the time the new customer first contacts us.

3. You must obtain consent from the person you will be referring before submitting their details.

4. For every New Customer you refer who completes a mortgage with us, you and your friend will each receive a one-time payment of £250.00 subject to these terms and conditions. Payments will be made by LMC within 30 days after the conditions for payment are met.

5. There are no restrictions on the number of friends you may refer.

6. We reserve the right not to award the payment if we have reason to believe that a referral has not been made in accordance with these terms and conditions, or to delay making the payment while we establish the facts associated with a referral.

8. We may change these terms and conditions at any time and those changes will apply from the date that they are uploaded on the LMC website.
