Mortgage Matcher explainer video Survey Incentive Terms and Conditions

BACKGROUND:

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms governing the LiveMore Mortgage Matcher explainer video Survey Incentive. The promoter of the Survey Incentive is LiveMore Capital Limited. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them before submitting your entry for the Survey Incentive.

LiveMore Capital Limited is a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11630369. Our registered address is Threeways House, 40-44 Clipstone Street, London, W1W 5DW.

By submitting an entry to the Survey incentive, you are agreeing to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact Us at marketing@livemoremortgages.com. Please note that We reserve the right to refuse the Reward to anyone who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

“Reward”

means a £20 voucher for completing the LiveMore Mortgage Matcher explainer video Survey Incentive; and

“We / Us / Our”

means LiveMore Capital Limited whose details are provided above.

2. Survey Incentive Entry Rules

2.1 The Survey Incentive is open to mortgage intermediaries. They must be aged 18 and above, subject to the following exceptions.

2.2 The following may not enter the Survey Incentive:

Our employees or their families; and/or

Our agents, subcontractors, and any other third parties involved in or directly associated with the running of the Survey Incentive.

2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. If more than one entry is made, only the first entry will be accepted.

3. Survey Incentive

3.1 You can participate in the Survey incentive by clicking on the Survey link that WE have sent to you by email.

3.2 Survey Incentive entries are free. No purchase is necessary.

3.3 To enter the Survey Incentive, click on the relevant link within the email you receive from Us. You will be directed to a web page where you are asked to complete the following two steps.

3.3.1 Watch the video entitled ‘LiveMore Mortgage Matcher® explainer’. 

3.3.2 Complete the survey embedded below the video and press the ‘submit’ button.

3.4 Please note that We do not accept any responsibility for any entries which are not successfully completed (e.g. lost or delayed) due to technical faults (including, but not limited to, hardware, software, and network faults) or for entries which We do not receive.

4. The Reward

4.1 The first 100 fully completed entries of survey will be rewarded with a £20 gift voucher to spend at a variety of shops and restaurants, as specified by the voucher provider One4All. More details available at https://shop.one4allrewards.co.uk/HowItWorks. 

4.2 Respondents who have successfully completed the survey will be notified by email (using the details provided in their entry) within five business days after they complete the survey.

4.3 Incentives are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.

4.4 We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if it becomes necessary for us to do so.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes Our liability (or that of Our agents or distributors, or that of their employees) for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

5.2 To the extent permitted by law, and subject to sub-Clause 6.1, We (and Our agents and distributors) shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any survey respondent and shall not accept any liability for any loss, damage, death, or personal injury, as a result of accepting a Reward.

6 Privacy and Personal Data

We will only use your personal information as set out in Our Privacy Policy, available from livemoremortgages.com/privacy-policy.

7. Divers

7.1 We may vary these General Terms or any or terminate a promotion at any time at our absolute discretion if reasonably required to do so. Termination or variation of a promotion is without liability to any entrant or other person. We will not award the incentive if a Promotion is terminated.

7.2 All our decisions relating to a Survey Incentive are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

7.3 A failure by Us to enforce any of the terms and conditions in the Terms and Conditions in any instance will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any Survey respondent, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.

7.4 Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded.

7.5 In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms and Conditions, the Survey Incentive, and the relationship between Us and you (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.

8.2 Any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between Us and you relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Survey Incentive, or to the relationship between Us and you (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, or Scotland, as determined by your residency.
